Google Ads & Analytics Setup

Job ID: 40269020

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

A second website has just gone live alongside our original one, and I need Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads configured so both sites can run side-by-side without stepping on each other’s toes.

What you will walk into
• The existing Google Ads account is active but could use a tidy-up and some modernisation.
• The brand-new site targets a different audience segment (more luxury/high-end), yet it sells almost the same handful of products.
• My core objective is simple: drive qualified leads and sales from Google Search. Social channels are not in scope.
• I plan to reuse many of the winning keywords from the first site, but structured in a way that stops internal bidding wars.

What I need from you
1. Create a GA4 property for the new site, connect it to Google Ads, and set up conversion tracking (contact, form fill, phone click—whatever is appropriate).
2. Build search campaigns inside the current Ads account: separate ad groups, matched ad copy, sensible negative keywords, and clear audience exclusions so the two sites don’t compete. We can assist in this matter, especially ad copy, as we want to use our own wording.
3. Review the legacy campaigns, apply any quick-win improvements, and make sure both properties share data cleanly for remarketing and reporting.
4. Review analytics 4 and ads of current site to check that everything has the correct setup.
4. Provide a short hand-off document or video so I can understand the structure and make tweaks later.

Acceptance criteria
• GA4 is collecting real-time data and firing conversions correctly.
• New campaigns are live, eligible, and approved, with no policy violations.
• Search term overlap between the two domains is minimised (document the negatives used).
• Reporting in Google Ads clearly shows performance by website.

Everything is small in scale—just a few products per site—so I expect this to be a concise, well-organised setup rather than a sprawling build. Looking forward to your expertise in getting us running efficiently.
