Fix GTM Tracking on GoDaddy

Job ID: 40235786

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I’ve inserted the Google Tag Manager container snippets on every page of my GoDaddy-hosted site, but none of my conversion tags are firing. Tag Assistant stays silent and no hits reach Google Ads or Analytics. The code placement looks correct, so the problem is likely a mis-configured trigger, a data layer issue, or a hidden conflict with a theme script or plugin—though I’m not sure which.

I need a deep dive into both GTM and the site to pinpoint the blockage, repair it, and prove that conversions are being recorded. That means using GTM Preview, Google Tag Assistant, and real-time Analytics/Ads to trace events, adjusting triggers or variables where necessary, and isolating any third-party script that might be overriding GTM. If a conflicting plugin is found, an elegant workaround or safe replacement will be appreciated so tracking stays intact after future updates.

Deliverables
• A fully functioning GTM container with all existing conversion tags reliably firing on every relevant page
• Verification screenshots or short loom/video from GTM Preview, Tag Assistant, and Google Ads/Analytics real-time reports
• A concise summary of the root cause and the exact steps taken to resolve the issue

Acceptance criteria: Tags must appear error-free in Tag Assistant and trigger the intended conversion events in Google Ads test mode before the task is considered complete.
