The website is built on WordPress with WooCommerce.
In addition, the site is marketed through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Over the past few days, following some upgrades and added features, we have experienced a significant drop in customer inquiries and orders. The bounce rate is high, and visitor traffic is declining.
We have no idea why. We would like to assess whether the interaction between the website and the marketing channels, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, is functioning optimally, and whether the technical setup and design are properly implemented and working as they should.
