Entry-Level Google Ads Assistant
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Our online shoe label is scaling fast and our paid-search volume is growing just as quickly. To keep pace, I’m bringing on an assistant who wants real-world Google Ads experience while contributing tangible results from day one.
You’ll shadow my senior campaign managers inside Google Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics 4, then take ownership of straightforward tasks such as pulling search-term reports, drafting ad copy, adding negative keywords, and preparing bite-sized performance summaries. As you build confidence, you’ll get to launch and optimise small ad groups yourself—always with direct feedback so every change becomes a learning moment.
The role is fully remote, suitable for recent graduates or career-switchers, and scheduled around your timezone so long as we overlap a few hours for live screen-shares. Expect about 10–15 hours a week at the outset, with room to expand if the fit is strong.
Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• Clean, well-formatted performance spreadsheet (clicks, CPC, ROAS).
• Two to three ad copy variants or keyword recommendations backed by data.
• A short Loom or written reflection on what you tested, what you learned, and the next improvement you propose.
If you’re organised, eager to learn, and excited by footwear e-commerce, jump in and let’s grow together.
