Customer Review Outreach Assistant (Google Reviews – Legit Only)

We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help us collect REAL customer reviews for our business on Google Business Profile.

Important:
This role is strictly for legitimate review outreach only.
No fake reviews, no purchased accounts, no automation, no review farms.

Your task is to help us follow up with existing customers and politely request honest feedback.

Responsibilities

- Contact our real customers via provided channels (SMS, email, Messenger templates will be supplied)
- Share our official Google review link
- Send friendly follow-ups when needed
- Track outreach and results in a simple spreadsheet
-Ensure communication sounds natural and professional

Requirements

- Excellent English communication
- Experience with customer outreach or review management
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using spreadsheets
- Must understand that only REAL customer reviews are allowed

Not Allowed

- Creating fake Google accounts
- Using bots or automation tools
- Buying reviews from third parties
- Any violation will result in immediate termination.

Goal

- Generate steady, organic Google reviews over time while staying fully compliant with Google policies.
