Contractor to work for social media marketing agency

Hi! I am looking to hire a social media marketing expert as a contractor for my startup social media marketing agency, Ballito Media. We are currently focused on doing lead generation in the medical aesthetics niche (this could change to renewable energy).
I need someone who can create, manage and analyze Facebook ads, Google ads, and TikTok ads. You should be able to install pixels on websites. It would also be to your advantage if you are able to create functional landing pages for prospects to be redirected to when they click on an ad and also optimize it. Basically, you will be delivering our core services to clients and getting results for them. I will focus my attention on acquiring and closing the clients.
It is very essential that you have some experience doing ads for the medical aesthetics industry. I would like to see testimonials of previous successful ad campaigns that you have run. These testimonials will be used to acquire more clients for the agency.
You will be required to join meetings with clients to discuss their marketing strategy and report their analytics back to them on a biweekly basis. If we work well together and there is good communication from you, you may be hired permanently as the CMO. Pay is negotiable but will depend on how much we get from the client. You will be paid per client that you work with. You will also be eligible for performance bonuses and other benefits (these will be discussed once you are hired).
You must a hard-working person who pays a lot of attention to detail. You must continuously invest in bettering yourself and acquiring more knowledge. I am looking for someone who always looks to have fun but knows when they need to get serious about work. I want someone who is good at communication and is able to finish work within the given period.
