We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Specialist to manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

-Plan, create, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
-Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns (lead gen, awareness, conversion).
-Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
-Write compelling ad copies and select engaging creatives.
-Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL, conversions).
-A/B test campaigns to maximize ROI.
-Provide weekly reports with clear insights and action points.

Requirements:

-Proven experience running high-performing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
-Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager & Meta Business Manager.
-Ability to work with budgets efficiently and scale campaigns profitably.
-Excellent understanding of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
-Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pixel setup, UTM tracking).
-Strong communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have:

-Experience with local campaigns (Google Maps, Local Awareness).
-Knowledge of SEO/landing page optimization.
-Creative mindset for ad copy & visuals.
