Campaign Reporting Assistant (Part-Time)

We’re a performance-focused growth marketing agency running Google and Meta paid traffic for values-led businesses.
We have a small internal team (5 people) and are looking to bring on a reporting assistant to support campaign data organization and performance tracking.
Strategy, campaign management, and recommendations are already handled internally.
You will be supporting the team by working with data, reports, and structured analysis.
Training and clear processes will be provided.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data and wants to grow their skills in marketing analytics.

You will work with campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools and turn it into:
- Clean, structured reports
- KPI-based performance comparisons
- Organized views of campaign performance
- Clear visibility into which campaigns are meeting or missing targets

Your job is to help organize and present campaign performance clearly.
This includes:
- Identifying which campaigns have enough data to evaluate
- Comparing performance against KPI targets
- Grouping campaigns based on performance levels:
-- Within KPI
-- Near KPI
-- Outside KPI
- Keeping reporting consistent and easy to understand
> Responsibilities
>> Data Organization & Reporting
- Pull and organize campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and internal reports
- Maintain clean, structured spreadsheets and reporting templates
- Ensure data consistency across time periods (weekly, monthly comparisons)
- Follow existing reporting formats and improve them over time
>> Performance Grouping & KPI Tracking
- Compare campaign performance against defined KPIs (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROAS)
- Help group campaigns based on:
-- Data sufficiency
-- Performance vs targets
- Flag:
-- Campaigns meeting targets
-- Campaigns outside acceptable ranges
-- Campaigns that may need attention
>> Reporting & System Support
- Build and maintain recurring reports
- Support improvements to reporting structure and efficiency
- Over time, assist with setting up more automated reporting (Power BI or similar tools)
>> Pattern Identification (Basic)
- Identify simple patterns such as:
-- Performance improving or declining
-- Cost increases
-- Conversion changes
- You are not responsible for making strategic decisions

- Not campaign management
- Not creative strategy
- Not client communication
- Not making final decisions
- Another team member handles:
-- Analysis interpretation
-- Recommendations
-- Execution
- You are supporting the team by keeping data clear and organized
> Requirements
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads data
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes and rules
- Organized and methodical working style

- Experience with reporting or data entry/analysis
- Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or GA4
- Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI, etc.)
- Interest in learning data and analytics

- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Must overlap with Pacific Time (Vancouver)
- $2–3/hr depending on experience
