Here are the first priorities we’d like you to look at:
AdSense Setup and Monitoring
Please turn on Google AdSense for the site.
We want ads running, but not in a way that overwhelms the pages (i.e. not every single page or placement should be flooded with ads).
Ideally, you can help configure and monitor the settings so that placements remain balanced and in keeping with the site’s design.
WordPress Overview / Health Check
Do a quick overview of the WordPress admin area.
Let us know if there are any urgent updates, fixes, or settings that need attention (e.g. plugin or theme updates, security checks, performance issues).
Highlight anything that could affect stability or functionality in the near term.
This is an initial scope just to get things up and running smoothly. Once we’ve got AdSense live and the site health checked, we can talk about any additional work or improvements you’d recommend.
