setup a PoA Consensus EVM based blockchain for me -- 2

I am looking to setup a Proof-of-Authority consensus based Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) blockchain for a project. I do not have a specific use case in mind, so I'm open to suggestions. I will require the blockchain to be hosted on the Ethereum platform and built to run on a Proof-of-Authority consensus system. The successful candidate will need to be an expert in blockchain development and ideally have experience with setting up blockchains on an Ethereum platform.
