medical directory with mobile application

need someone who has experience to make a medical directory
for doctors
clinics
pharmacy
has booking system
electronic medical recording
need to be good and realiable

I would prefer a microservice approach
preferred language is GOLANG
native or hybrid mobile app is needed.
I do have lots of modules in Golang already
