Solana Token (scnSol) Unwrapper in golang.

We need a small program written in golang to unwrap:
scnSol [https://www.socean.fi/]
to wSol [https://explorer.solana.com/address/So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112].

- INPUTS are path to the file ( json) where private key for solana chain is stored and amount of scnSol to unstake.
- OUTPUT has to be transaction signature or warning message.
