Rosetta API Problem

Hello,

I have build forked a API (Rosetta-API) that is based on Bitcoin build, now i made all necessary changes.
The last thing is the Constructor part of this API have some problem.
Bitcoin used Segwit with witness.

The chain for what i need the rosetta is build on PIVX fork.

I'm looking for someone who can fix the problem and pass the rosetta-cli tested.
