Reverse Socks Proxy for Windows

I need make a reverse socks proxy. I need client and server for windows.
we can do it using an open source project like this: https://github.com/kost/revsocks

the important point is that we need be able to handle many connections at same time in the server. like the app in the attached image that you can see that the app handle many connection at same time, each one in different local port.
