About the project:
The platform allows business managers to easily convert internal documents (like menus, SOPs, etc.) into engaging onboarding courses. These courses are delivered through an interactive AI chatbot that can dynamically generate and present content, questions, and even visual or voice-based elements using an avatar.
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated [Backend / Fullstack / AI-focused] developer to join us in building the first MVP.
Key Features of the Platform:
Document Upload & Parsing – Source content comes from internal documents
• AI-Powered Course Generation – Create full onboarding flows from a short prompt
• Chat-Based Course Delivery – Dynamic script-driven training chatbot
• TTS with Avatar – On-screen avatar that reads content out loud using voice AI
• Admin Control Panel – Adjust AI freedom, set training parameters, upload visuals
• AI-Generated Quizzes – Automatically create multiple-choice questions, flashcards, and open-ended questions based on content
• Progress Tracking & Analytics – Track user progress, quiz performance, time spent per module
• Gamification (optional) – Badges, scores, completion rewards
• Multilingual Suppor– AI-based translation for global teams
What We’re Looking For
• Experience building SaaS applications from scratch
• Comfortable integrating AI APIs and frameworks
• Knowledge of LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
• Familiarity with TTS, avatars, or chat interfaces is a big plus
• Ability to build clean, scalable, and well-documented code
