Mobile and user friendly Web UI with a clean design to schedule and run our CLI Program and scripts - Flask or Golang accepted

We have a CLI program that is similar to a Digital Signage system. It's capable to display different type of contents on a specific monitor (assuming the computer has two monitors connected)
We need a mobile and user friendly web GUI to run and schedule contents using our CLI Program and scripts that run on Linux. Again, we are able to do this in the command-line and with Cron Jobs.
We need an easy to use and clean web GUI to schedule and run our program.

Our CLI program runs like a native Linux/Unix program, it takes arguments / parameters from the user.
Example:

# Display web page on screen 01

We want to build this either with Flask, FastAPI, or Golang, and it needs to run securely with a self-signed certificate configured.
We have made diagrams for what we desire the web UI to look like.
If you are confident that you can build this project, I will send you the diagrams.
This needs to be done in no longer than 20 days. Sooner getting it done will have a better chance to get hired.
