Looking for Go Lang expert to work on Grafana codebase

Grafana is an opensource monitoring solution that supports alarm from Cloudwatch datasource. Following links will give more insights to the implementation details.

We need you to go through the codebase and document the implementation details and architecture for the Alarm feature. No coding is required for this job.

Deliverable is detailed architecture document with diagrams, reference link to the code, explanation and pseudo code, database structure, request apis, payload to aws apis etc for the implementation details of Alarm feature for Cloudwatch. It should be detailed enough so that other developers can implement using another programming language.
