The blockchain ecosystem is evolving rapidly, with scalability remaining one of its most significant challenges. As Layer-1 blockchains like Ethereum experience increased adoption, they struggle to manage the growing number of transactions, leading to high fees and slow confirmation times. Optimistic Rollups offer a promising solution by offloading transaction execution off-chain and only utilizing the main chain for finalizing transactions and dispute resolution. This proposal outlines the development and implementation of an Optimistic Rollups protocol to enhance scalability, reduce costs, and maintain security within the blockchain ecosystem.

Transaction Processing

• Off-Chain Execution:
Transactions are executed off-chain by the Sequencer, reducing the load on the main chain.
Each transaction updates the state of the rollup chain, with the new state being committed to the main chain in batches.

• Batch Submission:
The Sequencer aggregates multiple transactions into a batch and submits a state commitment to the Rollup Contract on the Layer-1 blockchain.
The Rollup Contract records the batch, updating the state of the rollup chain on the main chain. Fraud Proof Mechanism

• Challenge Period:
After a batch is submitted, a challenge period is initiated during which participants can challenge the validity of the batch.
If a participant believes that the batch contains invalid transactions, they can submit a fraud proof to the Rollup Contract.

• Dispute Resolution:
The Rollup Contract verifies the fraud proof. If the challenge is valid, the batch is rolled back, and the participant who submitted the fraudulent batch is penalized.
If the challenge is unsuccessful, the challenger may be penalized to discourage frivolous challenges.

• State Commitment:
The Sequencer periodically commits the state of the rollup chain to the main chain, ensuring that the state is recorded and can be used for dispute resolution.
The Rollup Contract stores the committed state, which is used as the reference point for challenges and future state transitions.

• Finality:
Once the challenge period has passed without any successful challenges, the state commitment is considered final.
Users can then withdraw funds or interact with the main chain based on the finalized state.

• Sequencer Rewards:
The Sequencer is rewarded with transaction fees for processing and submitting batches.
To prevent centralization, Sequencers are rotated periodically, and participation is open to multiple entities.

• Challenge Incentives:
Participants who successfully challenge a fraudulent batch are rewarded with a portion of the penalized funds.
This incentivizes the community to monitor the rollup chain actively and ensure its integrity.

• Security considerations: data availability, economic security, fallback mechanism.

Token development:
- works on BNB, ETH and TRX smart chain on MAIN NETWORK
- token must be transferable on the following wallets that are accepting the above smart chains: Trust wallet, Coinbase wallet, Atomic wallet, Metamask wallet, Phantom wallet, Binance wallet, Exodus wallet
- token can be split in any part and sent wallet to wallet having all the confirmations over the main network
- token name: (will be provided later)
- token symbol: (will be provided later)
- token logo: will be provided through link to image hosting provider (by us)
- token value: (will be provided later)
- token must have utility based value visible in all the wallets above and (optional) into the explorer, but the value is just for showing purposes, not a real value; the value must be implemented without having a liquidity pool, most likely hard coded in the smart contract
- being a simulator the token can not be traded or swapped and in any circumstance can not be used other than educational or non comercial use
- token can not be minted, all the market cap available will be 5.000.000.000 (provided from the start)
- token will not have the following functions: pause, mint, blacklist, liquidity pool
- token will be administered via an admin control panel, available online, hosted on our private vps
- the used smart contract must be real, registered and have at least 6 decimals; it is not accepted virtual smart contract, only new generated one
- other information regarding the need of this token, its ownership and purpose will be available on the website (it will be provided by us)
- token will be hosted on our private vps
- when transactions will happen the gas fee will be paid in the main network by the sending wallet (as usual), without any other requirements
- must be integrated into the newly developed blockchain and in the main net will be available through RPC node

Deployment:
Only full and final deployment on the main net is required. Testnet is not mandatory and it will not represent a milestone.

Milestones:
After each milestone and before releasing any payment there will be TESTING STEP done by us and ONLY in the main net.
There will be 3 milestones available:
Milestone 1. Blockchain development and deployment - 40%
Milestone 2. Token(s) development and deployment - 40%
Milestone 3. Admin Panel and final approval - 20%
