Golang Expert Needed with WebRTC for Video Streaming

We need to build a system similar to OBS or vMix.
If that makes sense, we could start with OBS, but our use case requires running 100s of these instances 24/7. This forces us to run a more server-centric system. It needs to run headless, and controllable from outside the system.
This would turn into a long-term job.
The server side of the rest of our project is written in GoLang. We have a small preference for GoLang but as this is a new project we will consider any major language.
