[GOLANG] Get lots transactions with Pagination without failure

I'm looking for "Golang" developer can do design HTTP request to get transactions via API
with HUGE transactions and paginate per request etc about

All transactions should be unique data by "txn_id" fields example

So all about to working is GOLANG + MYSQL + SKILL in design
