Go Developer for Call Tracking System - Potential for long-term Collaboration

I'm seeking an experienced Backend Go Developer to build a Call Tracking Module for our UCaaS platform. This module is aimed at advertisers running campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Bing Ads, and will provide:
Project Overview:
We're building a Call Tracking Module within our custom UCaaS platform, targeting advertisers who run campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.). The system is intended to provide real-time visibility into inbound call origin, ad platform attribution, and call distribution across vendors, with deep insights into CDR analytics from both our Freeswitch backend and third-party ad platforms.
You will work alongside our DevOps and voice engineers to integrate this module into our existing Go-based microservice backend.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop backend services in Go (Golang) to power a real-time call tracking and attribution
dashboard for advertisers.
• Build APIs to fetch, correlate, and display CDR data from multiple sources:
o Our telephony call routing engine
o External ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Create a data model that maps call origin to ad source, and tracks the full routing journey including
vendor-level routing and call status.
• Develop analytics logic to compare ad performance, missed vs. answered calls, and vendor-level
distribution efficiency.
• Implement real-time data streaming or polling for live call insights and alerting.
• Optimize for scalability and performance in high-concurrency UCaaS environments.
• Build secure, documented REST APIs to be used by our frontend ReactJS dashboard.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong expertise in Go (Golang) for backend development
• Experience integrating with Google Ads API, Facebook Ads API, or similar platforms
• Proficient with REST API development, JSON, and Webhooks
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Strong in data modeling, log parsing, and data correlation across sources
• Familiarity with real-time streaming (e.g., WebSockets or message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka)
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with call analytics or call attribution platforms
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry for observability and tracing
• Experience in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Past experience with UCaaS, CPaaS, or VoIP analytics systems
