Cybersource Rest API in Golang

I am looking for experienced GOLang developer who can take the below Golang module and integrate it with Revel framework to build the API. I am looking for below functions

- Payment authorize
- Payment capture
- Payment refund
- tokenization
- transaction details

Note that all above are already available in the above mentioned Github link, just need to integrate them in Revel framework.
