Create Rosetta API in GoLang

We would like to get a Rosetta API (https://www.rosetta-api.org/) to prepare our PIVX fork coin for the future.
Samples that has been created in github for example are:

We will test the API using rosetta-cli testing tool (https://www.rosetta-api.org/docs/rosetta_test.html).
Payment will be after full agreement by our partner.
