Build me an Instagram Username Auto-Claimer

Hello!
I'm in need of a dev who will code me a personal "Turbo"/Auto-claimer.
The tool must be coded from scratch using GO, tool must include:
- .txt file where the user is able to load in lines of randomized characters which are Instagram usernames.
- Tool can be filled with multiple proxies & able to load in and discard previous proxies whenever user chooses to.
- Tool must automatically be able to login to an Instagram account, when a username is claimed then that username is applied to the logged Instagram account on the tool. AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.
- Tool must also include a feature where if the user chooses to swap a username between two accounts then the tool is able to have two logged Instagram accounts where as soon as the username is changed it is then swapped onto the other account.
