Blockchain Developer – Stablecoin Infrastructure
About the Role:
We’re seeking a core blockchain developer with deep expertise in building decentralized ledger systems to design and implement a custom blockchain for a commodity-backed stablecoin. You’ll lead the full-stack development of a performant, secure, and scalable blockchain protocol and help build a monetary network that is transparent, auditable, and programmable from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop a custom blockchain network (e.g., using Cosmos SDK, Substrate, or custom engine).
• Implement consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoS, BFT, PoA) and networking protocols.
• Build core modules for minting, burning, wallet transactions, and fee management.
• Integrate wallet SDKs, blockchain explorers, and API gateways (gRPC/REST).
• Develop secure node infrastructure and setup validator environments.
• Work with cryptographic primitives (e.g., hashing, digital signatures, Merkle trees).
• Implement mechanisms for reserve asset verification and transparency dashboards.
• Optimize performance, stability, and error recovery in peer-to-peer network environments.
• Collaborate with security experts for smart contract or protocols.
• Document architectural decisions, developer APIs, and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience in Go (Golang) or Rust (preferred languages for Cosmos SDK/Substrate).
• 3–5+ years of blockchain development experience, preferably with custom chains (not just Solidity).
• Deep understanding of:
• Consensus algorithms (e.g., Tendermint, Aura, BABE)
• Cryptography & key management
• Blockchain state machines & tokenomics
• Experience with Cosmos SDK, Substrate, or Tendermint Core.
• Familiarity with gRPC, REST APIs, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating with frontend UIs and wallet providers.
• Understanding of KYC/AML compliance, regulated financial apps, or asset-backed tokenization is a bonus.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience deploying enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure.
• Understanding of financial systems, gold/commodity vaults, and asset custody models.
• Previous work on a stablecoin, CBDC, or tokenization project.
• Familiarity with audit trails, proof-of-reserves, oracles, and ZKPs.
