Backend Engineer - DevOps for Messaging & Queuing PaaS - Remote work

Messaging & Queuing team is creating a Platform-as-a-Service product which helps systems such as microservices operate asynchronously by providing notifications, queues, FIFOs, and message streams. M&Q PaaS is a pay-as-you-go service, removing the burden of creating and maintaining these complex pieces of software. It aims to be compatible with major standards and well known cloud providers.
Desired experience
● Technical skills: Go, PostgreSQL, API design with gRPC, Git, CI/CD, Scrum, Kubernetes would be a plus.
● Experience: Experience as a backend developer in a scaling production environment. Previous work with messaging and microservices in a cloud environment is a plus.
● Language: Very good command of English
Responsibilities
● Development of the product backend, "tooling" (CI/CD, monitoring, maintenance, ...) and technical documentation.
● Remote with availability to work in UTC+1 (Paris time zone) +/- 2h
