Godot Crow Flight Fix $5 (State machine)

Job ID: 40130186

Budget: €8 – €9 EUR

I have a simple 2D crow in Godot that uses a finite-state machine. Everything works except the flight loop: once the bird lands it should be able to take off again when it collides with a designated object, but instead it remains locked in the Flying state and on the ground.

Here is what I need from you:

• Inspect the current state machine (GDScript) and pinpoint why the Flying state fails to exit after the collision trigger fires.
• Ensure the collision with the specified Area2D reliably pushes the crow into Flying and lets it transition back out cleanly every time.
• Verify the correct flight animation plays and resets without hiccups.

I will invite you in the GitHub repository

It’s a tiny task, priced at SIX dollars, so I’m hoping for a quick turnaround and concise changes rather than a full rewrite.
