Small Business Set Up: Email, Google Workspace & Storage, Google Analytics etc

I am setting up my business and have purchased a domain and 3 emails from GoDaddy with the Outlook package but am thinking of using G Drive which I am on a trial for - I’’d like some help and advice tidying this up and setting me up for success. There may be ongoing support as I build a website which will need to be fairly integrated, with social media key words and google analytics too. I’m ready to start now and as a new business have a slim budget but plan to grow and will grow my IT capacity and web integration as I do.
