Move domain from Network Solutions to GoDaddy Account

I am seeking someone to help with the task of moving a domain from my current registrar Network Solutions to a new GoDaddy account. This will require working experience so I would like freelancers to include their experience in their application. Additionally, depending on the cost I may need help with additional tasks.
