GoDaddy to WordPress Site Migration

I need my existing GoDaddy website builder site, nearly 50 pages with extensive pdf downloads, converted to WordPress, migrated to new site address, with Google SEO, and WooCommerce subscriber option added to site.

Requirements:
- 9 pages of heavily edited text revisions among the nearly 50 pages.
- New content required: revised text and Images
- Custom WordPress theme needed

Ideal Skills:
