GoDaddy DNS Email Setup

I need help configuring my GoDaddy DNS settings to improve email deliverability.

Current Setup:
- SPF: Configured and passing
- DKIM: Configured and passing
- DMARC: Configured but failing
- No MX record

Issues:
- Emails are going to spam

Requirements:
- Fix DMARC to pass
- Add MX record
- Ensure proper DNS configuration to stop emails from going to spam
