Fix Domain Email DNS Issues

I use GoDaddy’s email service on a domain I originally registered there. The domain itself now sits on Hostinger’s nameservers and, although I believe I updated the DNS zone after the transfer, messages still bounce or never arrive. I suspect an MX, SPF, or related record is missing or pointing to the wrong place, but I’m open to any deeper-level troubleshooting if the problem lies elsewhere.
