Domain Transfer: AWS to GoDaddy

I need help transferring my domain from AWS to GoDaddy. I'm currently locked out of AWS because I can't remember my password, and although I've tried the password recovery options, they didn't work.

I do have access to the email associated with my AWS account, and I have 2-factor authentication enabled.
