Quote & Booking Bot Setup

I’m building an end-to-end quote-and-booking flow inside my GoHighLevel account and need the pieces tied together so enquiries never slip through the cracks.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:
• A prospect lands on my site, fills out an embedded GoHighLevel enquiry form or engages the website chatbot.
• If they prefer to ring, an AI phone agent answers, gathers the same information conversationally, and offers a live quote when possible.
• All data feeds straight into the GoHighLevel pipeline, triggers automated follow-ups, and, when the lead is ready, opens the client-facing booking calendar to lock in a time.
• For shoppers, the inventory-linked cart syncs product availability with the booking confirmation so extras or add-ons can be paid for in the same session.

Acceptance criteria
– GoHighLevel forms, chatbot, and AI phone agent collect identical data fields and push to a single contact record.
– Calendar bookings automatically reflect service capacity and send reminders.
– Shopping-cart items decrement inventory in real time and appear on the client invoice created in GoHighLevel.
– All conversations (chat and voice) are logged to the contact timeline.
– I receive a short Loom or similar walkthrough showing the full flow in action.
