Ongoing Full-Time WordPress, GHL & IT Support

We are looking for a reliable full-time team and agency partner for ongoing WordPress + GoHighLevel development and technical support

We are a full-stack web development and digital marketing agency specializing in building high-converting WordPress websites and GoHighLevel (GHL) funnels/CRM setups for our clients across Canada and the US.

We need a dedicated full-time agency (not a solo freelancer) to act as our extended technical team. You will handle complete project buildouts, ongoing site management, automations, hosting/IT support, and client technical needs.
Scope of Work

Full new website and funnel builds (WordPress + Elementor/Divi/Gutenberg)
GHL setup, automation workflows, CRM configuration, and API integrations
Ongoing maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and optimization of client sites
Domain, DNS, hosting management (cPanel/WHM), email/SMTP setups
Client ticket support and fast technical issue resolution
Collaboration inside our Slack workspace and ClickUp project management

Required Qualifications

Extensive professional experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom work, security, performance)
Strong experience with GoHighLevel — funnels, automations, workflows, and CRM management
Solid background in domain/DNS management, hosting (cPanel), and server-side troubleshooting
Clear, professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work Canada/US Pacific Time (PST) hours with strong overlap for stand-ups and client support
Fast response times: critical issues acknowledged within 30 minutes, resolved or escalated within 4 hours
Extremely high attention to detail — especially design, UI/UX, and overall quality
Proven ability to deliver clean, well-documented work

Social media management and content
SEO (on-page, technical, local)
email marketing setup and management
