I have just signed up for GoHighLevel and need it fully set up and configured so the platform starts working for me right away. The priority is to build out the account from scratch and make sure every core feature is ready for launch:
• Set up multiple webinar funnels for different categories of real estate: first-time homebuyers; distress sellers; mortgage clients, etc. in multiple markets in the US.
• Establish one channel in GHL for each category and focus of funnel..
• Email marketing: create the necessary SMTP settings, branded templates, and a basic nurture sequence so messages send without landing in spam.
• Customer follow-up: design time-based and event-based workflows that automatically remind prospects to book, confirm appointments, and request reviews.
• Lead management: configure custom pipelines, tags, and stage-change triggers so incoming leads are instantly captured, scored, and routed.
• Social media integration: connect my Facebook and Instagram pages so conversations and ad leads flow directly into the CRM, with automated replies where appropriate.
Please map the entire automation logic inside GoHighLevel—no external tools unless absolutely required—and document what you create so I can tweak it later. A brief loom video or step-by-step PDF outlining each workflow, trigger, and custom field will be the final hand-off. Once everything tests green, I’ll mark the job complete.
