GoHighLevel QA & A2P Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Overview
Most of the build is done. I need a GoHighLevel and Make.com specialist to proof-check the full setup, make sure everything is functioning correctly, fix what isn't, build and connect an A2P-compliant intake web form, complete the A2P phone registration, and deliver client training.
You are the finishing crew on a nearly-complete CRM build — not starting from scratch.
About the Project
The client is No Payne Roofing & Exterior Services — a roofing and exterior services company based in Calgary, Alberta. They handle everything from small repair jobs to full re-roofs. Before this build, they were running on spreadsheets, Any.do, Zapier, and manual follow-up — missing leads, losing track of jobs, and relying entirely on one person to manage everything.
We built them a full operational CRM on GoHighLevel:
All inbound leads captured and immediately routed
Automated SMS + email follow-up sequences
Inspection scheduling and day-before reminders
Estimate tracking with follow-up sequences (3-touch over 14 days)
Won jobs split into two production pipelines (Small Jobs vs. Large Jobs / Re-roofs)
Deposit request automation for large jobs
Job scheduling confirmations, day-before crew reminders
Job complete → invoice notification → Google review request (24hr delay)
After-hours Conversation AI that handles inbound SMS after hours
QuickBooks Online integrated — estimates and invoices sync between GHL and QB via Make
Full team setup: Brody (Ops), Keshav (Admin), Camille (Inspector), Nolan + Da (Crew Leads)
The system is designed so the business can operate without the owner being the bottleneck on every call and follow-up.
What's Already Built
GHL subaccount fully configured (company info, timezone, team, roles)
3 pipelines: Inspections (10 stages), Production – Small Jobs, Production – Large Jobs
14 automations built in GHL (currently in draft — need QA and publish)
50+ custom fields (contact + opportunity level)
Full tag taxonomy
SMS and email templates loaded
Conversation AI bot (after-hours) configured in GHL
QuickBooks Online OAuth connected
Make.com scenarios built for QB ↔ GHL data sync
What I Need You To Do
1. QA the Entire Build
Go through every automation, pipeline, custom field, template, and Make scenario. Confirm logic is correct, triggers are configured properly, and data is flowing where it should. Flag anything broken or misconfigured. Full specs provided for every automation.
2. Fix What Needs Fixing
Resolve any issues found during QA. Documentation exists for every automation — you'll know exactly what each one is supposed to do and what "correct" looks like.
3. Build the A2P-Compliant Intake Web Form
Build a GHL web form for lead intake that meets A2P carrier requirements:
Required fields: Name, phone, email, service needed, property address
Mandatory SMS opt-in checkbox with compliant language
Form must tie directly to the lead pipeline and trigger Auto 01 (New Lead Received)
Generate embed code — coordinate with the client's web agency (iNet Media) to replace the existing website form
4. Complete A2P / 10DLC SMS Registration
This is the most critical unresolved item. The phone number cannot be activated until A2P registration is approved by the carrier.
All business info is documented and ready
The website Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are being updated to include SMS compliance sections
You will submit the 10DLC registration through GHL Trust Center once the compliance pages are confirmed live
Purchase and configure the GHL phone number post-approval
Assign number to Conversation AI bot and verify all SMS automations fire correctly
5. Activate and Test Everything
Once A2P phone is live and all QA fixes are made:
Publish all automations in the correct documented order
Activate Make scenarios and verify QB ↔ GHL sync is live
Run a full end-to-end test: test lead submitted → confirmation SMS fires → inspection assigned → estimate sent → accepted → production pipeline → job complete → review request
Confirm every automation fires at the right time and data lands in the right place
Document pass/fail for each step
6. Client Onboarding + Training
60-min Zoom: Brody (Ops Lead) + Keshav (Admin) — full CRM walkthrough
30-min Zoom: Camille (Inspector) — mobile app + calendar + job workflow
15-min each: Nolan + Da (Crew Leads) — mobile app, task notifications
Skills Required
GoHighLevel admin-level — you've QA'd existing builds, not just built new ones
Make.com (formerly Integromat) — comfortable reviewing and troubleshooting scenarios, HTTP modules, webhook triggers, OAuth connections
A2P / 10DLC registration in GHL — you've done this before and know what carriers require
QuickBooks Online integration experience
GHL web forms and embed codes
Client-facing — you can run a training call professionally
What I'll Provide
Full GHL subaccount access
Make.com scenario access
Complete specs for all 14 automations (trigger logic, full copy, branch conditions)
Step-by-step deployment checklist
All business info required for A2P registration
iNet Media contact info for web form coordination
Direct line to me (Slack or WhatsApp) throughout the project
Project Details
Duration: 1–2 weeks
Fixed-price project
Some steps require brief coordination with the client team (Zoom calls) — you manage the scheduling
Canada-based client (Calgary, AB, Mountain Time)
Potential for ongoing support work if you're solid
Budget
Looking for fixed-price bids. Given most of the build is done, I expect this to land in the $250–$450 USD range. No lowball bids. This requires real GHL and Make expertise and direct client communication — price accordingly.
To Apply — Answer These 3 Questions
No answers = no review.
Have you QA'd or taken over a partially-built GHL account before? What did you find and what did you fix?
Have you completed A2P/10DLC registration through GHL? What does the process look like from your end?
Have you used Make.com for GHL integrations? Give me a specific example of a scenario you built or troubleshot.
