GoHighLevel Jobber Integration Setup

Job ID: 40432576

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I’m looking for someone who can take two fresh accounts—GoHighLevel and Jobber—and turn them into a tightly connected workflow that captures leads, nurtures them, converts them into scheduled jobs, and closes the loop with invoicing and follow-up marketing.

In GoHighLevel I need:
• Funnel and form assets for lead generation that drop straight into a clearly defined sales pipeline.
• Full CRM configuration—custom fields, tags, opportunities, and dashboards—so every new inquiry is tracked from first touch to payment.
• Automated email / SMS campaigns that kick in at each pipeline stage, including post-service review requests.

In Jobber I need:
• Service calendar, job templates, and crew assignments set up so my team can schedule work without double-booking.
• Invoicing and payment workflows ready to go, with Stripe and QuickBooks hooks activated.
• Branded client communication (quotes, reminders, follow-ups) templated and scheduled.

For the integration you’ll build real-time syncing—via native connections, Zapier, or direct API—so that:
1. A qualified lead in GoHighLevel instantly becomes a Jobber client and job.
2. Status changes in Jobber update the opportunity stage in GoHighLevel.
3. Completed jobs trigger automatic invoicing in Jobber and a review-request nurture in GoHighLevel.

No data migration is required; we’re starting clean, so you can architect the ideal structure from day one.

Deliverables
• Fully configured GoHighLevel and Jobber accounts, ready for live traffic.
• Tested two-way sync covering leads, jobs, invoices, and status updates.
• A short Loom walkthrough and a one-page SOP so my team can operate the system confidently.

Acceptance Criteria
• A new test lead converts to a scheduled Jobber job in under 60 seconds, end-to-end.
• Invoice and payment status reach GoHighLevel within five minutes of change.
• All automated messages fire with correct merge fields and branding.

If you’re fluent in GoHighLevel, Jobber, Zapier, and basic API authentication, let’s talk—this build will move fast once the right expert is onboard.
