GoHighLevel Expertise for AC Company Setup

GoHighLevel builder wanted to set up a complete, hosted lead system for a residential & light-commercial air conditioning company. Everything lives in GHL — funnel pages, an auto-branching qualifier, self-book calendars, pipelines, tags, and workflows. This is a fully-specced job: you'll get a complete build package (spec docs + a clickable prototype). We know exactly what we want — we need someone who executes cleanly in GHL.

Scope (two connected parts):

Part A — Lead-capture funnel + nurture: a funnel with an auto-branching qualifier that captures every enquiry, sorts it, sends only qualified install leads to a booking calendar, and nurtures "months-away" leads with a dated email/SMS drip.
Part B — Pipeline follow-up automation: stage-by-stage SMS/email from first enquiry through the sale and after-care, with reply-pause, quiet hours, and opt-out handling.
You'll build: funnel pages · branching qualifier survey · self-book calendars · custom values/fields/tags · pipelines & stages · funnel workflows + full follow-up workflows · nurture drip.

Skills required:

Proven GoHighLevel experience (funnels, surveys, workflows, calendars, pipelines)
Conditional/branching survey logic
Workflow automation (triggers, waits, reply-based exits, notifications)
Email deliverability basics (SPF/DKIM/DMARC on a dedicated domain)
Clean, tested builds — no half-wired automations
Deliverable: a working, tested GHL build + funnel URL, verified against the provided test plan.
