GoHighLevel Expert for Live Walkthrough of Google Ads / Lead Flow Setup

Job ID: 40392175

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I’m looking for a sharp GoHighLevel expert who can help me understand an existing setup related to direct marketing and Google Ads.

Time sensitivity:
Please only apply if you can realistically be available for a live walkthrough on Thursday 23 April, Europe/Stockholm time.

This is not a generic CRM audit and not a rebuild project, at least not at this stage.

I need someone who can quickly inspect the current setup and help me understand, in a live walkthrough, how the current flow works today:

- ad click
- landing page
- form / call
- contact creation
- pipeline / stages
- workflows / follow-up
- calendars / booking
- handoff to sales
- what is inside GHL vs outside GHL

Initial paid task:
The first task is a paid live walkthrough, likely 60–90 minutes, ideally on short notice.

If the collaboration works well, there will most likely be follow-up work after that.

What I’m looking for:
You are a good fit if you:

- know GoHighLevel well
- can understand a business flow, not just click around in the tool
- are reliable
- are available on short notice
- communicate in clear, easy-to-follow English
- can teach while screensharing
- are careful and thorough
- follow instructions precisely
- can focus on what matters instead of drowning me in details

Bonus:
- you also have good judgment around funnels, direct response, or marketing strategy

How to apply:
Do not write a cover letter.

Read the attached text document carefully.

Then answer these screening questions, where you enter your cover letter:

1. What is your availability Today on Thursday 23 April between 08:30 and 12:30 CEST?
2. Give one concrete example of a similar GoHighLevel setup you inspected, fixed, or improved. Include the business type, one specific problem, one concrete change you made, and the result, if known. Keep it brief.
3. Can you o a live screen-sharing walkthrough in clear spoken English on short notice on Thursday, 23 April?

Include a short 30–45 second voice or video intro so I can hear whether your spoken English is easy for me to follow.

Applications that ignore the instructions or feel generic will likely be skipped.
