GoHighLevel Expert Needed for End-to-End CRM & Automation (B2B Export Business)

We are an India-based B2B export company looking to implement a complete GoHighLevel (or equivalent white-label CRM) system to streamline and scale our sales operations.

Our primary objective is to improve the sales process, with a strong focus on building structured and automated follow-up sequences that ensure no opportunity is lost.

Scope of Work:

• Design and implement a multi-stage sales pipeline aligned with B2B export flow (Inquiry → Sample → Negotiation → Closing)
• Build high-conversion lead capture funnels integrated directly into the CRM
• Set up automated follow-up sequences via both Email and WhatsApp, customized for each deal stage
• Ensure full integration so communication (Email + WhatsApp) happens داخل the CRM
• Create dashboards for tracking lead movement, follow-ups, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting

Requirements (MANDATORY):

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM)
• Ability to demonstrate at least one LIVE working system (Zoom/screenshare required — screenshots will not be accepted)
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead nurturing
