GoHighLevel Expert Needed to Build Complete SaaS Workflow Platform From Existing Technical Specification

Job ID: 40578079

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have every screen flow, message sequence, and data map for our new Accounts Receivable reminder platform, Remynd, fully documented. All strategic thinking is done—I now need someone to translate that blueprint into a working GoHighLevel (GHL) account without deviating from it.

Scope
The build covers the full GHL stack: automated email and SMS reminder campaigns, payment tracking and reporting modules, customer segmentation, CRM records, pipelines, workflows, WhatsApp messaging, reusable templates, and the dashboards that tie everything together. No redesign, no feature creep, no consulting; this is an execution-only engagement.

Data & Integrations
In Phase 1 we will import accounting data via CSV files only, so no custom API work is required right now. I will supply sample CSVs and the field-mapping guide.

Access
You will have admin-level credentials in a clean sub-account prepared for this project.

Deliverables
• All entities, fields, pipelines, and stages configured exactly as per the specification document
• Message templates and workflows loaded, tested, and set to the correct trigger logic
• Dashboards and reports that mirror the KPIs outlined in the documentation
• Successful test cycle showing a CSV import flowing through the entire reminder sequence to payment capture and reporting

Acceptance
I will sign off once each checklist item in the spec is reproduced inside GHL and a full end-to-end test run completes without manual intervention.

All workflows, templates, automations, snapshots, and assets created under this project become the exclusive property of Remynd.

The successful freelancer must provide:

* A complete Loom walkthrough of the account
* A short administrator guide
* A final GoHighLevel Snapshot
* Confirmation that all workflows were tested

The freelancer will provide 14 days of post-delivery support to correct any configuration errors related to the original specification.

If you are comfortable working strictly to a predefined plan and can move fast inside GoHighLevel, this should be a straightforward build.
