GoHighLevel Client Onboarding Expert
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m bringing a steady stream of new clients onto GoHighLevel and I want each of them up-and-running quickly, with automations that actually move the needle for their business. Your job is to meet with every new account one-on-one (Zoom or similar), learn their immediate goals, and build out the essential pieces inside GoHighLevel while you walk them through how everything works.
The core areas you’ll handle are:
• CRM setup – pipelines, custom fields, contact import, basic reporting
• Workflow automation – lead capture, nurture, appointment booking, reminders
• Email marketing setup – branded templates and at least one live sequence
• All other main features that make sense for the client’s model (reputation, calendars, SMS, etc.)
For each onboarded client I expect:
– A fully configured CRM that mirrors their sales process
– At least two live, tested workflows tied to real triggers and outcomes
– One email campaign loaded, scheduled, and preview-approved by the client
– A short Loom or equivalent walkthrough so they can reference the setup later
You must already be a GoHighLevel power user and speak clear, friendly English because you’ll be the face of our agency during onboarding calls. If you have a solid track record doing exactly this, let’s talk about getting my next batch of clients live this week.
