GoHighLevel CRM Contact Management Setup

I need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to get my CRM ready for daily use. The priority is contact management: importing several CSV files, mapping every field correctly (names, emails, phone numbers, tags, custom notes), removing duplicates, and arranging everything so I can instantly see a clean, searchable database.
Once the records are in place, I want them grouped logically—by lead source and status—so future segmentation and marketing automation flows will be effortless. If custom fields are required to keep data tidy, please create them as you go.
Deliverables
• All contacts imported into my GoHighLevel account with accurate field mapping
• Duplicate entries merged or removed
• Clear folder/tag structure for quick filtering (lead source, pipeline stage)
• Short hand-off video or doc showing where the data lives and how to maintain it
