GoHighLevel CRM Automation Setup Specialist

Project Overview

$400aud for this task! I’m looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) automation specialist to set up a complete CRM and automation system for one of my clients.

This is NOT a project where you need to build everything from scratch. I already have access to proven GoHighLevel templates, snapshots and workflows. Your job is to customise them to my client’s branding, business details and requirements, test everything thoroughly, and ensure it works perfectly.

Scope of Work

Your responsibilities include:

* Import existing GoHighLevel snapshots/templates.
* Replace all branding with my client’s branding (logo, colours, business details, etc.).
* Configure pipelines and opportunities.
* Set up calendars and appointment booking.
* Configure forms and surveys.
* Configure websites and landing pages if included in the template.
* Set up email automations.
* Set up SMS automations (where applicable).
* Configure workflow triggers and actions.
* Connect domains where required.
* Connect email services (SMTP/Mailgun/LC Email or similar).
* Connect Twilio/phone services if required.
* Configure conversations inbox.
* Set up tags, custom fields and user permissions.
* Test every automation from start to finish.
* Fix any bugs or broken workflow logic.
* Record a short Loom walkthrough once completed.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, I expect:

* Fully working GoHighLevel account.
* All templates customised for my client.
* All branding replaced.
* Every automation tested and functioning.
* No broken workflows.
* Short Loom video explaining the setup.

Required Experience

Please apply only if you have:

* Extensive GoHighLevel experience.
* Built multiple automation systems.
* Experience using Snapshots.
* Experience with Workflow Builder.
* Experience connecting Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe and calendars.
* Excellent English communication.
* Ability to complete projects quickly.
