GoHighLevel CRM Automation Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My GoHighLevel workspace needs a full automation pass so every lead that lands in the system is nurtured from first touch to post-sale follow-up without manual intervention.
Here’s what I want working seamlessly:
• Lead management – auto-capture from forms and ad campaigns, smart tagging, stage movement, and assignment rules.
• Email marketing – templated drip sequences that trigger from behavior or time delays, plus broadcast capability for promos.
• Customer follow-ups – scheduled reminders via email and WhatsApp, with conditional logic (e.g., stop sequence if a rep updates the deal).
Key integrations must be rock-solid:
• WhatsApp two-way messaging inside GoHighLevel.
• Website and email capture (native forms, existing WordPress site, and our support inbox).
• Facebook Ads sync so leads flow in instantly and ad spend is linked to pipeline revenue.
Deliverables I will sign off on:
1. Automation workflows built and turned on for all three processes above, tested with sample data.
2. Connected WhatsApp, website/email, and Facebook Ads accounts, including field mapping.
3. Short Loom or Zoom walkthrough showing how to edit sequences, tags, and triggers.
4. One-page SOP that my team can follow to add new campaigns or tweak existing ones.
