GoHighLevel Automation Sequence Setup
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m ready to take fuller advantage of Go High Level but need an expert hand configuring its automations. Especially the AI integrations.
My account is already active; the next step is to customize workflows so leads are nurtured automatically and appointments get booked without manual effort.
Here is what I want in place:
• A lead-nurturing sequence that triggers the moment a new contact enters a specific pipeline stage, sends a timed mix of emails/SMS, and stops the moment the prospect books or replies.
• An appointment-scheduling workflow that handles confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling links, all synced with my calendar inside GHL.
Both sequences should live in the GHL Automations builder, use tags for segmentation, and be documented so I can adjust copy later. I will consider the job complete once each automation has been tested end-to-end with a dummy lead and I receive a concise walkthrough video or loom explaining the setup.
