GHL Specialist for Lead Source Tracking

# GoHighLevel Automation Expert Needed – Track Appointment Source & Notify Client
We are looking for an experienced **GoHighLevel (GHL) automation specialist** to build a lead source tracking system for our client.
## Project Overview
Our client receives appointments from multiple sources, including:
* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
* Google
* Website (Direct/Organic)
When a customer books an appointment, we want GoHighLevel to automatically identify where the booking originated and notify the client.
## Requirements
You will need to:
* Configure accurate source tracking using UTM parameters and/or GoHighLevel attribution.
* Capture the booking source (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Website, etc.).
* Store the source in custom fields and/or tags.
* Build a workflow that triggers when an appointment is booked.
* Send an internal notification (SMS, Email, or App Notification) containing:
* Customer name
* Phone number
* Appointment date & time
* Booking source
* Campaign details (if available)
* Ensure the original lead source is preserved and can be reported on later.
* Provide a scalable solution that can be reused across multiple client accounts.
## Deliverables
* Fully functioning GoHighLevel workflow(s)
* Custom fields/tags (if required)
* Source tracking configuration
* Internal notification automation
* Brief documentation explaining how the system works
## Required Experience
* Strong GoHighLevel workflow experience
* UTM tracking and attribution
* CRM automation
* Appointment booking workflows
* Previous GoHighLevel projects (please provide examples)
