GHL Onboarding Setup

I’m ready to roll out GoHighLevel across my business and want the entire environment configured correctly from day one. The scope includes building the main contact database, linking my Social Media accounts so all messaging flows into one inbox, and designing a lead-generation funnel that captures, nurtures and hands off prospects smoothly to my sales pipeline.

Key deliverables
• Core account configuration and custom fields for the database
• Social channel integrations (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) fully authenticated and tested
• A lead-generation funnel with branded pages, form, thank-you page and tracking
• Email marketing automations (welcome, follow-up, nurture) plus task-management automations that notify my team and create tasks at the right pipeline stages
• Pipeline setup with stages, opportunity cards and reporting dashboards

• Two rounds of live testing to prove every automation fires, contacts route correctly and metrics record in real time
- full training of my marketing assistant showing set up and ongoing management

Everything should be built natively in GoHighLevel; if supplemental tools suare needed, please note them along the way. Once complete, I’ll need a brief hand-over video or call walking through the setup so I can maintain it confidently.
