Parallel Execution of Test Cases in GitLab

I need a solution where, once the release pipelines run in CSM on GitLab, the EQE test cases defined should be executed in parallel. This system should also send notifications via dashboard updates indicating which test cases have passed or failed for the corresponding release build.
